1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ThinkTankThree ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ThinkTankThree is an AI-powered decision engine that uses structured debate between AI agents to help you make better decisions. The Service includes exploration (GENUS), adversarial debate (TANK), and execution planning (GENiUS) modes.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using a username and password or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Free and Paid Plans

• Free Plan: Includes 1 project plus an Inbox, with full access to all thinking modes.
• Pro Plan: Includes unlimited projects. Billed monthly ($9.99/month) or annually ($99/year). Payments are processed by Stripe.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within ThinkTankThree, including projects, conversations, and decision data. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence (powered by OpenAI) to generate responses, analysis, and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). You are solely responsible for decisions made based on the Service's output.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThinkTankThree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
